Default Clacking noise?

First Harley for me. Did a search before posting this for a clacking noise. Lots of pops listed but not clacks. I ride a 13 Ultra Limited thats stock. Just took trip out to black hills in South Dakota from Wisconsin. Noticed while there that there's a sound when throttling. Happen's at every gear at every speed. I can tell it's coming from down below not at the throttle. Twist the throttle and hear a clack sound, let up and it's a clack sound. So it's only making sound when loading the engine or unloading it? Is this normal? I didn't notice it before the trip. Maybe something with to much free play? Thanks in advance.

Probably a bad lifter. Open the timing case and check the lifters. I believe your bike had -C lifters. Made in Mexico and lots of issues reported.

That would do that every time I revved the motor right? This doesn't happen if the clutch is pulled in. Thanks for your reply.
