Plugs don't look that bad. Can only be 2 things. Spark or gas. could have coil going bad, and drain the float bowl, let a a 1/4 pint out to clear the lines.

I added about 2/3 of a bottle of STP full fuel system cleaner to a tank of gas. That was about 2 months ago when my bike would sputter so bad, it just wouldn't go. Although pessimistic that it would produce any results, it sure did! I have not had one single issue since. It's a cheap first step to give a shot.
If the sputter presents itself during a high load I'd be looking for a cracked spark plug, coil wire or bad coil itself.
If while going say 50 mph and you have a need to slowly speed up or maintain speed while going up an incline. This is when the ignition system is loaded the most. Opps say using 4th gear, 5th would be lugging the motor. This needs to be done just short of lugging the motor
