Actually, I'd say it'd be easier to make a tool like this that a wrench that was any good.
A new JIMS is MSRP @ $267.00 (thought you can get them cheaper). I don't know how much the OP charges his time out but I'd swop a few free hours of mine to save that.
Doing stuff also keeps skills and brain cells alive in a way that buying stuff does not.
