Had to extend my throttle cables, a bit when I put the stainless Barnett's on & routed them like you did. Don't like the way it looks, but it doesn't bind, any where I turn the forks.

Are you using the same rear fender ? The new painted one looks smaller like the one I had on my FXR which was actually made for a sportster.
Same fender (aftermarket blank for FXR's) but the holes for my homemade tag/tail light mount are filled in and assembly was welded in place. Rear tire in the older photo was 150/80 Venom, the new one is with 140/90 EIII with a little taller sidewall which may give the visual of the fender being smaller.
