Still makes my stomach churn, thinking of it. He was grinning in one 'selfy' he sent from the operating table. But we're all rough tough Harley owners.....

Did they use a hand saw, sawsall, rotary saw? Damn.

I'm squeamish - I didn't ask! Best thing is he gave us the more gory details over lunch. I concentrated hard on my roast duck........

The OL had two hips done in less than a year, went from crippling pain to none. Hip replacement is more successful than any other joint replacement.

Do it, it'll give you a new lease on life and you will want to ride again.

Thanks. I really want one, but either they knock me out, or I'll knock myself out! I'd be asking questions, "Is my leg off yet?" Damn.

Congratulations on the new bike.

Even though you will be over on the Rushmore section, you have way too much Evo and 5 speed transmission knowledge to leave this section....you`re not getting off that easy.

Your continued presence in the Evo section is required.
