Do what we do here in Australia and order it direct from the States. Usually works out mucho cheaper too.
That's how I bought my EV27, way back, when Harleys were thin on the ground here in the UK and the internet hadn't been commercialised. However an EV27 is a very satisfactory cam in an otherwise stock Evo, probably the most popular cam used in them. Whereas it is common wisdom today to say they need extra CR, that wasn't the case in earlier times.
If thats the case i would do the EV3 or the EV27 both of which would need a small bump in comp but will perform well. for me the 13 is a little too mild...
The EV13 might leave you searching for an extra 3 horsepower.

I was originally going to fit an EV27 on the Fat Boy but that would leave me with a pretty similar set up to my Bad Boy. I thought to try the EV13 for to get a little more low down torque. But are you guys suggesting that I'm waisting time and money doing the heads and CR with the EV13? The Fat Boy is still running the CV carb. The BB has a Mikuni.

No we are just teasing a guy about something from a month or so ago.
See the build I posted with EV13 cam. It works great and pulls from idle on up.
