Default Fork guestion
Who is the manufacturer of the stock legs on an 86 wide glide ? I'm thinking my are not original(as nothing else is),they're chrome and have "showa" stamped inside near axle. Feeling I may be doing seal change in the future. My jap bike came with showa rear shocks factory...

Harley has been using Showa forks since the 70's

You are thinking stock, did they come chrome also as an option?

Pretty much all 41mm forks from 1984-2015 take the same kit.
