You have to tighten the screws as tight as you can using a driver, you don't want them vibrating loose, you see. Then, after a couple years, you'll have about a 1-2mm high point between each screw. Over the next couple years, the gaps will grow, and even using Permatex will not stop the leaking. You've been doing it wrong. Just follow my directions, and you'll have a nice leaker.

After a ride today, no leaks! Been a long time
I took Heritage98's tip, and flattened out the old one with a rubber mallet, it didn't take much. I'll hold on to it for when this cheap one warps! The old flames have lost their luster.
