Grease fitting on neck

i know its not a softail but my 91 flhs has one i just greased it today.

Yes, but I was told by a HD tech that some of the models have openings into the tubes, that need to be pluged, or you fill the while frame with grease.
I believe it was the FX.

Well, that would point to '93 being the answer to the OP's question, wouldn't it?


It was a long time ago, but I seem to remember drilling and tapping the steering head of my '89 Sportster for a grease fitting (had to buy a 1/4-28 tap). That would imply the '89 didn't have one from the factory.
