Never thought I'd see a second one! Almost worth it for the low price to repaint and strip it down

Second ad that guy put up. I think it is banged up and needs lots of elbow grease. Needs lowers and a single-din flip up gps radio.
Is that a chopped tour pak? Or is that correct?

What do you mean "Needs Lowers"?
I noticed the add doesn't say if it runs on not.
