It's just the idle and the stock pipes, the firing impulses are identical and unique to Harleys....

Apart from the different pipes there is bugger all between them...except that the TC is idling lower than the Evo because it hasn't just been started after a rebuild...people talk so much **** about TC's that it boils my blood...

But I think that wasted spark changes the sound a bit as well - though I can't confirm this as I haven't heard an EVO with a single fire to compare...
I will say my TC engine itself is super quiet, my Evo spoke to me with lots of ticks and clacks and sounds.

I have and it doesn't make any difference...in fact, a single fire coil doesn't make any difference to anything, they are just snake oil in my opinion
