Ok, I think way back I ask this but here it is. I have a 1984 FLHTC that I been working on for a few years. what I am trying to find out is bolt size. I have the service and parts book. the parts book gives the part number but not the size. any way to get this info? thanks...
Not all of the parts manuals have the bolt size/thread pitch. The two I have do not. I think the MoCo stopped putting the size in the parts manuals in the 90's so that they could sell more parts. If one of you guys could scan the pages mentioned, that would be helpful.

ya my part book does not have it. i am redoing my ride this winter. ya if some one could scan some pages that would be great. it's a 1984 early FLHTC. thanks...

Do you have a part number for the bolt?
If not where does the bolt go?
HDForums doesn't put up with electronic manuals so I don't know if (even if someone scanned in the pages) they would let a bunch of scanned pages stay up on the Forum.
