Simple and obvious is the belt...pretty easy to check it rather than just assume it is ok. I have never gotten a chirp sound from any heavily lubricated parts like an oil bath primary. Chirping sounds says it is something dry...or air pressure shooting through small hole.

Or a spun clutch hub bearing... seen it and heard it before.

Does that sound clear up as soon as the bike has been ridden for a few minutes? I would think, based on my limited knowledge of bearing behavior, that a bad bearing would make noise all the time at various speeds. I have had a bad wheel bearing before that whined/howled. I have also had a bad bearing that made a sort of swishing sound but, they both did it hot or cold.
I will test that belt and see what happens. I reach down and feel the tension on that belt before every ride so, I know that nothing has changed there. The tension is good.

It could swell up just enough with heat to make it stop. Address the belt first and see if that fixes it. If not pull the hub off and press it all apart.
