What are the part numbers we are looking at here?

62683-93 HOSE, OIL PAN TO OIL PUMP
62684-93 HOSE, OIL RETURN
63511-93 HOSE, TRANS. CASE TO CRANKCASE

Then you've got to wrestle with those clamps they use which require a special tool.

See also, https://www.hdforums.com/forum/evo-c...vo-bagger.html. It means buying '90 lines and cutting them down.

The first one is a rubber line (I didn't look up the rest).
As for those special clamps I don't use them.
I take them off with a screwdriver and replace them with the screw type.

Good tip! I used those on my carb and tank fuel lines for that very reason.

Hard to believe that no one make these hoses. There are still lots of Evos on the road and these lines are going to start failing.

If you look at the picture I posted where the lines connect to the motor, Im thinking I might be able to add a 90 degree brass fitting to direct the flow downward which would allow me to drop the hose straight down and then make the turn to the pump/resorvior . I can get by with a larger turn with the hose at the point. Thats a tight bend at the motor. Im not looking for ward to doing any of it to be honest. Its a messy job and looks like a PITA but, its got to be done. It'll definitely be a winter project!

Could at least use metal for the bends and rubber for the straighter sections. I can't imagine more than one or two bends.

I agree, flair the ends of the metal tubing, and I like the fuel injection clamps.

I usually use a touch of Loctite on the threads of the clamp.

Make sure whatever rubber hose you get, that it is rated for oil and heat. Transmission hose is good stuff for this application. YD

I had not thought of transmission hose. Thanks for that!

Was actually thinking about making my own metal lines this winter while the motor is out. Will be checking into it at the least....

Start a thread on it.
I'm real interested on how that would come out.
