Not exactly sure ,but with a 4 gallon gas tank I could do about 160 miles before switching to reserve.
How much gas did you put in after switching to reserve?
With a 5 gallon tank I can go about 135 miles before switching to reserve and it is a 1 gallon reserve.
BTW anybody know what's up with the "thanks" button???

As much as I could fit,LOL never really paid attention to that I guess, at the pump.
THC, I took this picture for you comparing the original tube adn the new longer tube. I actually cut 1/2" off of the new tube,. That should be plenty of reserve. The original tube is still attached in the picture and is about 1" long. The new on is around 2".

Now that's a hell of a difference!!!!!!!!!!
I wonder why they bother with the short tube??
Here is the difference between reserve and empty now. Before, it measures 1/2" on my 5 gallon can. Now, it measures 1 1/4" which is just shy of 1 gallon. This should give me a 30 mile reserve.
