The o rings for the Big Sucker are 5/8 ID X 1/16, and you can get them at any hardware store. The screws that hold on the air filter are 1/4-20 x 1/2" button head screws.

I clean the filter with K&N filter cleaner. Buy it at any auto parts store in a kit with the air filter oil.

Looks like I'm missing the washers too. I'll probably have to but at the least the kit with new gasket and I believe that comes with the washers and orings. That's if I can grab the banjo bolts separately. I'll see what they say.

I'm using some aftermarket breather bolts with my Big Sucker. I forget what they were, maybe from Joker Machine. I wanted button head bolts.

They work on mine.

+1 on the K&N filter cleaner as Uncle G stated. I've also used Castrol Super Clean to clean it and then K&N filter oil. The Super Clean smells like it could be the same stuff as the K&N.

Called Ness. Nice easy customer service, 3.95 a bolt plus gasket set for $7.95 but that comes with the washers I'm missing and 4 o-rings. Not a bad deal at all. Hopefully shipping is reasonable but they said it would ship today.

Bolts came in. Directions I downloaded from a link here say thread sealant on the banjo bolts. I have permatex high temp thread sealant, megaloc thread sealant and red blue green loctite. I thought I read on here blue loctite was the way to go on the banjo bolts. Should I use the high temp thread sealant instead?

The bolts that go into the head use thread sealant not loctite make sure to use blue loctite on the rest of it like said earlier those bolts that thread into the carb and the other end is threaded to take the button heads break easily ask me how I know
