Forgot to post the resolution...so simple a caveman can do it. Hopefully I've reached caveman level , anyway, grounds I had zip tied together had gotten shoved down under the battery near the rear tire. Connected them to the ground post under the seat and lights and ignition.

 

Thanks for letting us know what you found that fixed the problem.

Seems like not many folks come back and tell us what the resolution was.
