I'm going to have to get the thinnest belt made to make this work I think. The whole belt alignment has me stumped still, if anyone has some input on this let me know!
I hope you didn't need to measure 1001 times

More good work

Coming from a 1-1/2" belt, you'll probably think any of the later belts are "Thin".

FWIW, the incoming pulley will be for a 1" belt and 68-tooth if using OEM specs for those IDS "Cush Drive" pulley. Your original pulley was 70 tooth. You'll know more about belt alignment when you get the pulley in place. Probably won't be a big deal.

But more importantly...is that Pinto Wagon

Thanks! Yes the pulley coming is a 68 tooth, do you think it will make much difference in anything? I was thinking if anything it will lower the rpms slightly if I'm thinking correctly. Thinking a 20mm belt will do the trick but we will see.

Yes that is my pinto wagon. I've had it since I was 14 and I'm turning 40 in March so she's been around a long time! I have a 302 in it, 4 speed toplaoder and an 8" rear end which is currently destroyed. I'm thinking about putting an explorer 8.8 with a limited slip in it. I've got 17" Cobra mustang wheels in it. Fun little ride!

thanks! I'll look into the primary offset kit. Did a little checking into it, I couldn't come up with anything with all the googling I was doing just had the wording wrong. If I go with a 20mm belt I'm hoping it will work. Also thought about going with a chain but can't find a kit that will fit the enforcer wheel. May have to make some more custom stuff.

I used the 20 mm belt on my V rod an it worked great. It was cush drive too but I used a later wider wheel so I didn't need to worry about spacing out the pulley.

How did you get the 170 to fit under the fender of the 94?

RB Racing used to make a rear sprocket, but I don't see it now listed. Also some info here on swingarms

I'm really thinking a 20mm belt is going to do the trick but we'll see once I get the pulley on and see where everything is at.

FWIW, you might find exactly what you're looking for and need...but you may have to workaround the available Tooth Count on any particular width belts
