I'll dig out the paperwork on it tomorrow and send it to you. It's really easy..... You gonna make the Northeast meet up this year?

My V rod hit 120 pretty quick an as soon as I saw the speedo I'd drop it down to 90ish. once I cammed my Fatboy I never rode the V so I sold it...for me 90 is more than enough.

Had the 93 FLHS over 100 with the wife on the back.

Another moment of stupidity for the books.

In all reality, my bike takes way too much attention at speeds over 75 mph. Cruising on the interstate at 70-75 is where it likes to be.

I did a "roll on" with the owner of the local HD dealership, on the way out to Laughlin for the river run, back in 1996. My modded 1995 FXD registered 120, so it was really probably closer to 106 or 7. I was in a tuck position with no windshield. He pulled away like I was standing still. I don't remember what HD he was riding. Dang dealership owners...

I have used my 10 or 15 year old garmin gps to indicate road speed - and thereby bypass the speedo inaccuracies in favor of the algorithms the gps crunches - which average just about dead-on. Not that it matters much. Anyway it's nice to calculate technical numbers more than one way, speed over ground being a technical number. I would like to know more precisely just what the girls will do on a flat open smoooothie...

I wish El Mirage was not so far away, sigh...
