If the front is coming apart for new fork oil I would look at new springs like progressives if you haven't already. Cheap and make a noticable difference. If you're going to check and repack the rear wheel bearings then do the front as well. What year is the bike? I've been having to replace my fuel lines every 3 or 4 years due to the crap fuel we get. Since your going to be flushing the brakes front and rear it might be a good time to put braided brake lines on for better feel with the stock calipers.

This all sounds good. I have the tail light wiring harness on the bench right now fixing some cracks and wear marks on the insulation. I'm not doing any upgrades this time around, just maintenance.
