32 amp seems like a lot for a softie but I wouldn't imagine the cost being that much more over the 27 amp. With high beam on, passing lights on, hazard lights on pressing the horn on while braking I am not sure how many amps that is but it would still be less than 27. Lol...👍
The only person that I know of that truly needed to upgrade his charging system is our very own Dr. Hess. He put a fuel injection system on a Sportster and it required the extra oomph.

Which ever one you do decide on, make sure you you measure the distance that the stator sticks out from it's mount so you can properly shim the rotor so it won't rub on the windings of the stator... It will ruin it, I've seen it happen.
I would think the complete kit would have the proper spacer included?
