was dome at another shop - todays gas and the hi heat it makes requires more room - 1933 to 1948 iron jug flat head engine indian chief factory piston to bore with a under 3 inch piston is .004 to .006

I'm actually around.0035 for clearance seems a little snug to me but I'm being reassured that will be fine
What are your thoughts on breaking in
i was told no overdrive or 5th gear for a period of time

Ok so I can't seem to find anything on this
If I'm going back together with the cometic head gaskets are the o ring seals that go around the oil drain back dowels still used

No. I'm pretty sure that little tidbit of information is in the printed instructions that come with then Cometic gasket set. Ask THC about it........

I don't have that instructions and haven't been able to find it on cometic web site
If someone has that I'd really like a copy
