This cool machine was at the first watering hole I stopped at Sunday,don't see too many of these!!

1986 FXRD

Several years ago a forum member sold one at a price I'd grab instantly today. I've love to have an FXRT, and this might be even better.

FXRD Grand Touring was only made in '86. Differences from an FXRT were an inner fairing with radio/cassette, plusher touring seat, floorboards, dual exhausts (one each side), a tour pack with backrest, and more instruments. Harley overpriced them as a special model as Harley often does, and competing against Electraglides in price, they didn't sell. I seldom see them included in lists like those, maybe because there might have been less than 1000 made.

Thanks for the Info,would like to have this bike in my garage next to the fxwg !
