The volt meter on a Harley is not meant to be a precise scientific instrument. Since you fixed a failing relay, and cleaned up some wires there is probably less resistance in the circuit causing a slightly higher reading. It is still in an acceptable level. If it stays in that area, and does not fluctuate much then the system is probably fine. Go forth, ride, and smile.
