Default Longest lasting tire?

Hey all! Haven't been here is a while, I don't recognize many of you. But anyway, I'm trying to find out which tire brand gives the most miles. My choices are,
Pirelli
Metzler
Bridgestone
Shinko
IRC
Innova (?)

Just generally speaking, I know the many variables that can effect tire wear. Michelin is not an option, just what's listed. From past discussions, I think Pirelli is soft and wears fast, I think Bridgestone is harder and lasts longer, but I've never owned either. Just off the top of your head, if you've owned two or more from the list, what lasted longer? Thanks, and happy riding!

Ah c'mon Blu. I've run only one on your list, the Metz, and chose them for the performance. I've also run Contis and Avons and mileage was never under consideration. I now have put a Michelin on the back of my sidecar rig because it's hard on tires and the Michelin is supposed to last longer than most. A front will go on next spring. I didn't mention Dunlop because they suck. I had an E3, but the hack ate it at the end of a 225 mile 80-90 mph run.
And, I have no experience with those mini tires like on your scooter.
Good to see you anyhow. Miss the EVO?

The Metzler 888 last longer than the 880's they are a harder compound. Still though a very good Tire and if you don't do any burnouts yeah it'll last a long time...

Default Longest lasting

Since the criteria was longest lasting, I am not sure why the OEM Dunlop was not on your list. I replaced my front tire at 24,465 miles, and it could have gone farther, but did it when had the brakes done.

My Heritage Classic had Dunlop 402F's on it when I bought it but I don't know when they were installed. Since I've owned it I've put almost 12,000 miles on the bike and just changed the rear tire last month. The front still has a thousand or so miles still left in it.

Hey Blu Good see ya.
Only tire you mention that I have any experience with was Metzler.

Ok for the most part but it got changed out for chucking rubber.
A few years ago that was happening around here to a good number of folks.

Usually during summer with 90-100 degree temps that got road temps on up there. Or that was a cause given by the tire dealers.

I know they aren't on the list, but I consistently get 14 to 15k on the rear and 23 to 24k on the original dun lop d402's riding an Electra glide.
