Kickstand spring
Just purchased another kickstand spring for my FXRS ( genuine I might add) and it’s still as loose as! I’m still bouncing it off the asphalt on good left handers and it does annoy me.
Any ideas on a solution?

Somewhere in the back of my head I keep thinking there were 2 if not 3 different lengths of springs available.
I found a drag specialties spring worked better on one of the bikes in the past but it's been awhile.
The tabs can be bent and don't have to be bent much for the spring to be loose.

And make sure it is hooked up to the tabs, that is, the tab on the frame is actually there. We had a thread recently where a DPO had drilled a hole in the frame after the tab had broken, and that was causing problems.
