It lives! Only had it running for a couple minutes in the shop becasue its currently snowing sideways here..... But everything sounds nice and quiet and that 561 cam has a pretty nasty sounding idle!

What do you guys suggest for a break in procedure?

I follow the S&S break in procedure. You can find it on their website.

You could rig the bike for NOS and put a 20 gallon bottle on the back seat.
Run the bike up to top speed then hit the NOS.
When the bottle runs out the motor will be broke in.

Lol. Your method sounds much more fun than the s&s procedure!

So heres a little update along with some pics after i got it all cleaned up.

ive only been able to put about 20 miles on it becasue winter in Wisconsin just wont give up.... But im really happy with the way it runs. I left the jetting the same as before in my super e and it feels pretty good but when the roads clear off i will run it and do some plug checks. Currently running a 28 pilot and a 70 main.

Definitely a little more valvetrain noise with this cam. I would compare it more to an irate sewing machine vs the normal pissed off sewing machine lol.

Hey, congrats.... On the jetting I would definitely bump the intermediate let to a .0295"... Better a little rich than a little lean. Don't need that on a break in....

The header section of the pro pipe is a close resemblance to the rush system
but the muffler sections do not
