The Mustang Wide Touring Vintage Solo with Backrest is a really comfortable seat. A heck of a lot more comfortable than the FatBoy seat that was on my Heritage.
Would love a back rest but my back problems so me from lifting my leg that high to clear it.
Honestly I was afraid to. I'm worried the kickstand will give or something along those lines.
You shouldn't have any worries, that stand is made of stern stuff! When I bought my first Harley my dealer was very old school and would use two auto trolley jacks to lift a Glide, while it leant on its jiffy! More recently a member of HDF went on a factory visit and saw them being forged - said he would never have any doubts about them being strong enough, ever again! Mrs B gets onto our Glide before I do, using the jiffy and the footboards.
Well thanks, l will give it a try when she gets back from the Indy. Getting it ported polished, cam, and redo whole top end. Then I'm getting new shocks, fork springs, seat, then maybe new bags. Oh and a Fatboy rim so I don't throw anymore spokes in the rear. Thanks for the advise.

The back rest is hinged to fold forward, so you can lay it down, swing your leg over, flip it back up and then sit down. They also have the Mustang Touring Vintage Recessed Rear Seat so your wife can be comfy too.
