So I checked the neutral switch, working fine also have power to the switch. Still no neutral light and won't start.
Also noticed the left signals work but the right signals do not. Any ideas?

So if you ground/close the switch, still no light?
Re-read - turns over - that implies the neutral switch is OK and circuit is complete. LIGHT - make sure it's good and in the proper position to see.
Clean the contacts on the ignition switch and check all fuses and relays.
Coil - Wires - plugs.
The neutral bulb is not hard to get to. It's worth a look. Mine did burn out. They are a common bulb. I had trouble with my signals. There is a pigtail connector under the seat. Mine was a little dirty. I sprayed contact cleaner on them (WD-40 might work). They started working.
Ok, pulled the Speedo off and had a good look at all the connections. Nothing was visibly wrong so I stated poking around. I had pushed on one of the connectors and turns out it was not connected all the way. Pushed the start button and turned over. Put her all back togheather and she runs! The right rear signal works and so does the indicator, just not the front signal so I'll be checking the bulb next time I'm out there to do the oil changes.
Thanks everyone for all the help it is greatly appreciated!

I was just about to say it might be the right side wiring plug came loose from the harness, if that happens anything that is on the right hand side cluster wont work (including the starter button) glad you found the problem.
