Oil Change Blues....
I finally got around to changing the oil(s), in the old girl (she's 25 now).
Everything went as expected, until I noticed the front master cylinder was leaking. Arrrrrrrrgh!!!!
This will be the third rebuild kit put into it. I'm beginning to wonder if there is a bigger issue here. Or are the aftermarket kits junk?
I know it's not a difficult job. However, bleeding the dual front discs either goes real well, or not so well. I'm debating whether I should just run it down to the local indy and get it done, or do it myself. I'm battling time constraints with so many other projects right now, I don't want to devote even a day to it.
Thoughts? (other than man up and do it...)

If you feel like giving money away to have someone else do a simple job then do it otherwise just stick it in line and do it when it comes up.
Back in the Day, My Indy had Cheap kits, and Kits that worked... Unfortunately... I did Not commit this Info to memory... and the Internet Broke him... he's Gone, and I'm Clueless... But, I Know better than to buy "kits" on the internet!!!
Unfortunately, every time I prioritize projects, the Harley keeps getting pushed lower on 'The List. That's the reason the oil changes got done in April, not in October, when I put the bike up for the season. And all the planned updates (new handlebars, windshield, seat, fork springs, shocks), got pushed even further down 'The List'.
Riding season is finally here (up in Michigan), and this old man wants to stop putting miles on his new pickup, and start commuting to work on his bike...
I'm loathe to pay for something I can do, but sometimes it's better to devote my time/energy to another project that would cost far more to have done by someone else.
Right now, I'm still split on what to do. Decisions....
Yeah... The 'to do' list. My wife has access to that list....
