Last year I stupidly put a tool bag under my headlight. Well you know what happened! Small dents front fender. I want to get it fixed but here in New Hampshire can’t find anyone to do it near me.They are very small dents but I know they are there. Any suggestions on getting them out or someone to repair them? Thanks.
Motorcycle fenders are usually made from a fairly heavy gauge metal so a paintless dent guy probably won't be able to pop it out. You'll either have to sand the area down, bondo, paint and blend it in or remove the fender bang out the dents and repaint the fender. Either one will probably be near equal the cost of a good used replacement fender if you can find one to match.
I have one on my front fender. Vent fan in garage window fell out overnight. Cover was on the bike so no paint damage. Just a nickel sized dent. Already had a small rock chip in it when I bought so I figured F** it. adds character. I would worry if I was thinking of selling or trading.
Might be a good idea for those all black street glide guys. Put a signature dent in it so you can find it at a rally. ha ha ha. I say ride it. If it really gets to you take the fender off and have it redone over the winter
Don't feel bad. I had my sportster on my lift during the winter 2 years ago and wanted to shut the garage door so I pushed my 96 Heritage forward so I could close the door. Unfortunately I did not notice that the front fender was now in the path of my lift and when I lowered the lift I could not figure out why it stopped. I then had a sickening feeling and took a look. Sure enough, the lift was sitting on the fender of the Heritage and when I raised it I found a 2 inch long by inch wide by 1/4 inch dent in the very top of the fender
I bought a secondhand Harley tank cheap, because it had a small dent. Tried an auto dent chap and he wouldn't touch it. Fortunately I was going to paint it and - wonder of wonders- the painter I first went to is also a panel beater! No probs. So find yourself a panel beater. May be easiest to remove the fender, but having found someone the two of you can work it out.
I’ve lived with a small dent in my front fender for over 20 years. A rock fell off a dump truck going in the opposite direction and landed right on my fender. Surprisingly it never chipped the paint. I’ve never fixed it, regarding it as a sign not to be so fussy.

Wear your battle scars with pride!
I also had a small dent and mark on my 1990 bike's front fender for many years, but it got so rusty from underneath I recently replaced it with a newer one. So I've lost that momento.....
Yep, dent is one thing, chips are a whole different evil. I am told on my anniversary that I have to send parts in to be painted. HD won't give out the paint or the code.
