I went to the Dodge City HD parts finder and it appears the part you want is labelled:
"Cover(chrome)" HD part # 31535-91

For future reference there are several parts websites where you can check out stock parts and numbers, going right back to the Ark. My preferred one at present is Dodge City.

It is a nut cover. I am buying all the original parts to replace this kit that I don’t like it

any idea if this one?

I'm going to guess that is another custom part, as I don't recall seeing one before. Looks like someone spent a lot of money customising your bike way back! We need one of the fellow softail chaps above to chip in, if any of them can help.

That's another piece of the "Mirage" collection from Custom Chrome. From the factory, there was no nut cover there, just the hex head bolt. Harley sold a smooth, round cover for the bolt head through the accessory catalog.
