I signed up for Facebook (reactivated an account) and sent him a message. He didn’t respond.

Then, I tried to find it again and I can’t.

Do you have a fresh link? The ones in this thread aren’t taking me to the bike anymore.

I deactivated my Facebook account and it popped right up.

Had a good conversation with the owner.

Thanks 1997bagger!

You're looking at the '97 Heritage for $5400. Well, my '99 S'tail is a Standard, but it has a lot less miles, and a lot lower price. - 15k and $4500. Same black/chrome, though.
Comes with new tires, fully-serviced, new battery, riders handbook, service DVD, and two keys.

Yes sir! And yours is very nice.

I'm trying to slow down a bit. When I became bikeless, I panicked......THEN, my neighbor called and asked me if I wanted to go for a ride....(he didn't know my bike was gone). AND it's freaking beautiful here again today.......I could be riding for sure........

Your's is definately in the running but, I'm taking a breath.........

He is gonna have that bike for quite a while at that price.
First thing that bike needs is new tires as those look like the stock 402's.

Just remember bike prices go up in the spring.

There's still plenty of time.
Not sure how far your willing to travel, but this one grabs my eye. Southwest of Chicago off of I-80
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...31887203676579

Or this one off of 294 west of Chicago. If your interested in a low mileage twinkie. Paint on this bike is sweet.

Thanks! I like both bikes. And they’re not too far for me to travel.
