We've got the same thing with a POS aftermarket set of black hinges - the barrel lock completely fell out. I noticed they were junk when I was intalling them and tried to use the OEM set but the diameter of the hinge cover was different and didn't work. It happens.

Can you take the aftermarket locks to a lock smith and have them re-keyed to your old key?

Call your local dealer with your key handy. They'll ask for the key code. You can order new tumblers for the bag and you'll get a bonus extra set of keys.
I bought a tour pack a couple of months ago and got a new tumbler for it. Cost $27.00, I was surprised at the price and the extra set of keys.

I mean the bolt that secures my solo seat to the fender, its also that allows the passenger seat to hook in. I ordered them on ebay for $14
