Crap, lost my post! Anyway, you've probably already checked this, but if you have a weak connection at either end of either battery connection you might have slightly compromised voltage provided to the ECM or may the coil. Your spark strength might be good enough to run the motor okay for most scenarios but during deceleration your mixture could be off. This coupled with a marginal spark might be the problem, the candles don't stay lit. Just fishing here, really interested to learn what you eventually find.
I replaced the circuit breakers. I also put the new Dyna 2ki ignition, twin tech cup, and s&s coil on her. I rode her around the block and got her warm. The bike didn't stall but it was just a short ride. Time will tell

I'm willing to bet you $20 your stalling problem is now gone.
Rode the bike to and from my work today. No issues with stalling. I do think I have the timing a little too advanced or retarded on the mark (left side of the window) because I am getting some really good decel popping like backfiring. I need to play with the setting a little
