I mentioned in the other thread HERE that I re-jetted my carb last night. Man, this thing will FLY now! No kidding. I swear it feels like I've gained 10-15 HP. Probably not, but it sure feels like it.
One minor issue: I now get a slight popping on deceleration. Not a true backfire, but a slight popping that wasn't there before. In researching this, most people point to two things, exhaust leak or lean condition.

What's your best guess?
What jets are you now running and what mods have you done to the bike (what exhaust, cam, etc)? YD

#185 main, #46 idle. I recently installed a K&N high-performance air filter, and the bike had high-flow pipes already when I got it.
Let me tell you, the difference is AMAZING. Before now, I could be doing 60 and get on the throttle and it would take several seconds to reach 70, and that was on level ground. Now it's at 70 very quickly and with plenty more headroom.
Also, this might be my imagination, but I swear the bike has less vibration now, both at idle and when riding.

I forgot this part: the cam is stock as far as I know.
Someone in the past had already drilled out the pot metal over the mixture screw, so the mix had apparently been adjusted before.

Sometimes a little rich will get sucked in on d cell and will actually fire off in the pipes, thinking lean but no actually Rich so the fact that you turned in your mixer screw a little bit and it took care of it confirmed it
