Running 15 psi in rear tire reverts to running a rigid frame. That pressure would give a little cushion. I would never run that low of a pressure.
When I put a tire on the rear of my Harley it is round. And. They were round back in the day. I have noticed that it starts to go "flat" across and when it is worn out it is "square" across.
