If you're not going to do the 3rd bike route. Keep what you got with the 111, fine tune the 94 and sell the EVO engine
Less work = more riding time and with the extra cash you can buy the first round when we venture over to Riley's again.
When I went down to the Hog Haus to pick up my engine parts I stood out like a sore thumb with my 2014 Limited and everyone else there were sporting 80's kick starters, and these dudes were on the young side, mid 30's.

The reason for selling the 111 is to freshen up the 150k mile EVO I'll be putting back in.
I've got good heads thanks to Rob but I'm thinking a new crank. pistons. jugs (the ones I have are already at 20 over) and a cam.

Properly built 89" stock motor can be as much fun and nobody would know you have a sleeper till you lite it up. That 111" would pay for it with some left over.

Much as I like that monster S&S 93"11.7-1 hipo motor I have in the shovel I'm considering the same thing you are. I could sell it buy new cases, drop the old girl back down to 88" and have my fun bike back again that doesn't need to be kick started every other time I use it. My *** is getting to old for that game.
