That original factory sensor will just melt.
The beige goo in original factory sensor melts over time.
The factory replacement with black sealant is much better.
Several google images should be available online.
You must change bearing to full compliment bearing if cam is changed.
If changing cam then pipes and air box should be addressed if they are stock.

Get that black plastic breather gear out of there! It acts worse than a magnet picking up junk and ruins the bore.
