I would not reuse the gaskets. It is a lot of work to take all that off, and risking a leak just isn't worth it. Now, if you HAVE to, the rubber type gaskets can be reused. But you don't know how long those things have been on there, so just count on a gasket set.
If the plugs aren't covered in oil, I would not worry about a little smoke. Or is it fogging? That is, a lot of smoke? How long does a quart of oil last? Using a quart in 1000 miles (2.2KM) is pretty normal.

It's not fogging, but it is noticeable. I will do the compression test, and I will come back with the results.
I don't think that looks too bad. I think the spec for "bad" is 10% difference, in general, and you are under that. If I were you, I'd just run what you have and not worry about it. Eventually, the base gasket(s) will start leaking and you can re-ring it then.

When I checked the plugs again, they where black. Is it a sign that it runs to rich?
