Just fire it up and keep a pan underneath the breather hose, the oil pump will be able so scavenge some of the oil back to the tank, but be ready for a fair amount to barf out the breather hose.
Don`t worry, it`s normal for this to happen on a wet sump system that has the oil tank mounted higher than the engine.
You don`t need to add any oil until after the engine runs for a while and decides how much oil it is going to return to the tank.

so it been a while but Im getting to this thing a little. I was wrong its been sitting since 2014. I did the primary and trans fluids. I drained the oil tank and didnt get too much out so I assume alot made its way to the crankcase. Is there anyway to drain the case or get to it and suck it out??
Yeah, you can pull the engine and split the cases...
Or you could do the smart thing - make sure the oil tank is about half capacity and go ride it! Give it at least 20 miles of easy/normal riding and top off the oil tank. Expect a little oil slobber out the breather hose first time or 2 you ride it, should be OK after that.
