It is a commercial Brembo, as distinct from a Harley-branded one. May be off another brand bike, or sold by a Brembo outlet. The bracket with 311- engraved on it looks to be aftermarket to me, in other words not Brembo. What more can you tell us about it?!
You can buy actual brembos for our Harley's. They came with a bracket like that. Super cool if you ask me and probably work way better than stock brakes. If you want a stock front brake I'll trade ya
