Hose from mikuni to VOES story capped off

Well, I was checking things over on ignition settings and looking at how to get to the VOES wiring. I noticed my mikuni is still capped that should go to voes? I did swap to a Pingel fuel valve a ways back and got rid of vac line for that. Switched from stock cv to new mikuni with recent top end work.
Does that cap mean voes not working? I would think so? Also, gotta pull the tank to get to voes??

Find the VOES and trace the hose to see if it is properly connected.

Yeah. I can't imagine where it would be if it isn't on the carb. Looks to me like tank is gonna have to come off

The VOES switch is usually attached to the top motor mount and should be accessible without taking the tanks off...

Sounds like a VOES issue....check the hose and make sure it’s connected good.
