Default FXR Question

I demolished my trans previously on my '88 FXR. After a lot of thought I went with the Baker DD5, Delkron case and updated primary/clutch ect.

My question is I'm at the point of tackling the primary and noticed my belt is above the starter hole on the trans. Is this normal? Will this be a problem and if so how do I fix it?

Thanks but that doesn't help.
I have all '90-'93 FXR parts, I'm not familiar with what the actual alignment is supposed to look like or if the belt being level with the bottom of the starter ear is a problem at all. I guess I'll find out when my starter comes in tomorrow.

Normal, your starter bendix should clear it fine as long as the hole lines up with your inner primary you should be ok

That's what I was going to assume but didn't want to assume. I have the 1 piece jackshaft and now waiting on the starter to arrive tomorrow, I didn't know if this was normal seeing how I'm more familiar with the older stuff.
Thanks Mike! You were a lot of help on my other thread too. I should have it together just in time for this rainy weekend haha

[/QUOT Would you happen to have the part number for that case?

I do not. It was easy to find if you Google Delkron FXR trans case and a bunch pop up.
I will say it sure is pretty, bolted up my new starter/jackshaft (clearance wasn't an issue) and my inner primary after work last night.
Cant wait to ride.
