Basket case was probably a harsh term to use.. I was more P/O'd than anything I guess, with the fact that "All the major stuff was done", when in fact hardly anything was actually done to keep the bike kept up to a ride-able condition, other than short trips around the neighbourhood. She's getting lots of love and care now though. I'm not letting it taint my first Harley experience!
I thought you were referring to yourself... "Basket Case"

Seems more applicable, ha ha... I finished reassembling everything over the past week or so, and she runs perfectly, no more leaks. The worst part was removing the paper base gaskets. I pulled the cam to see if the bearing had been updated, and much to my surprise, it was! I'm not sure what the orange dot on the cam is for, I'm assuming it's stock, but she really wakes up at around 2800-3000 rpm. I also fixed the wiring harness to include the 30 amp main breaker (they removed it and basically hot-wired everything). I got the Badlands signal light module installed as well, so much better than having to hold the signal buttons in. Pretty much the only things left to do is to rebuild the front master cylinder and install the braided stainless brake lines as soon as my longer upper line arrives. Spring time will hopefully see some paint, switches and possibly the HSR carb upgrade. The current starter button doesn't seem to be providing enough power, but I have a manual start button installed, and the headlight high beam switch is not working properly, even after cleaning.
Forgot to add, the lifters are big axle, so they must have been replaced already as well.
Upgraded cam bearing at least... Stock cam?
