The rear rubber exhaust mounts get cooked and worn and make squeaking noises. I've changed quite a few on my bikes over the years, I keep a set on hand. I didn't know they had aftermarket ones until now, always got the Harley mounts, about $3 a piece.
The only leak is at the bottom of the outer primary and is a couple of steady drips from the bottom of the gasket area. And that really bugs me. It is a James gasket. Think Cometic makes one so when I dump oil I'm of a mind to change out the gasket as well.
That 3 hole derby and drain plug will show a leak in that spot, make sure it's actually the gasket, the 3 hole derby cover tends to warp a little, I find a gasket works better than the o-ring there.

Just checked (thanks for the thought) but its not the derby cover gasket. Dry as a bone.
