98 Fatboy.. Good thing I found it before I needed it.. Anyways anyone know of repair kits (if possible) or replacement kits..OEM does not exist.. Banjo on one end and 3/8" double flare on the other end.. Total length is 32".. Thanks...
The funny thing is that I've been searching for an oil leak for a couple of days now.. the good news is I don't have an oil leak... Lol

What is the correct way to measure for a brake line when purchasing new?
Are the metal ends included in the length or just the line itself?
Sorry for the interruption.

Received my Goodrich brake lines at today.. I must say the quality looks really good. One thing I was surprised at that these are only 1/8" lines and not 3/16" like I had on there.. I don't think that's going to hurt the breaking.. If anything it might make it a little more touchy, we'll see but I really like the way it looks including the banjo bolts and the block for the brake switch.. It's a nice looking nice setup, steel braided polycoated lines... Even the Chrome ends everything, looks really good high quality on this.. We'll see how long it lasts... The part actually comes from Mid-USA.. T..heir part number is 49596...$105 with shipping...
I got them from these guys... http://www.legendmcs.com

I switched out my brake lines on my Lowrider many years back & used Goodrich.
Theyre still on there & holding up great.
Gonna switch over the Softail in a few months.
Im sold on their products.
Man I'm a little pissed... Brake line from the master cylinder to the brake switch was at least an inch short.. God damn it.. Nothing ****ing works the way you want it to anymore... But it is on it's working and no leaks so that's the good part... I just hope vibrations don't create issues...
Just a thought. When I was reassembling my 78-1/2 FXE I needed one brake line that I simply could not find. I went to a place that actually makes hydraulic lines. I took in my original one and they duplicated the line. The only difference is that the ends are stainless and not steel w/ zinc finish.
