Default Any tall riders out there?

I'm 6'5" and 400 lbs. And I wear a 16 shoe. And I ride a 1995 ultra classic. The problem I have and I'm sure I'm not the only one in here. Is I feel cramped most of the time? I thought about removing the tour pak. I wasted my time looking for an extended seat, to no avail!! yes i have highway pegs. and I am planning on removing the heel shifter, to give my feet more room. other then that what can I do? Because of the age of the bike there is nothing out there!!

I ordered a Corbin (by phone) for my '87. Had them "delete backrest insert / move driver back 1 inch" is exactly what the order said. I'm 6'4" and it's perfect. I seldom touch the rear of the seat cradle and have to stretch a bit when I do. But they ain't cheap!

BTW, the stock photos on the website are a bit deceiving. Center left of page is a camera icon linked to customer pics and may be helpful. https://www.corbin.com/harley/baggers/fltour2.shtml

Custom C&C solo seat moved back, heel shifter removed with a extended shifter, brake pedal has a 2" extension welded in it moving up and forward on the White bike.

Roadglide has the same except for a Mustang Super Solo that is factory moved back, comfortable seat on the rear but like setting in a catchers mitt with little back support, takes a while to get used to.

Shovel Tourglide same plus footboards moved forward, mounted a distressed leather tractor seat where I wanted it, plenty of room.

On 2 up seats a Corbin was good but not much too choose from

Try LePera seats. They make one called the Daddy Long Legs, it sets you back 2". I have one on my 98 Dyna, not sure if they make one for your Ultra Classic.

I put a Tractor seat on my FL Softail which helped me a lot by moving me up and back. I also did the floorboard extenders that could be adjusted up and down and they helped also.

Fwd controls helped on my Softail. I'm 6'4". Size 12 shoe.

That size 16 shoe has to be a real problem on most any bike.

I'm 6'6" and 325 with the same size 16 foot. I have a longer torso than legs with a 33 inseam, so my whole head is above the windscreen on my 98RK and my 94 Ultra.
I still use the heel/toe as I got used to it on my 76 Electra Glide and never thought of losing it. I've never been fond of the way the seat goes up on the rear of the tank a bit, but moving the pan back a bit could be workable if needed.
A custom seat purchase may be your best bet.

I have the same problem at 6'4". Im only 225lbs, but i just got a 87 flhtc, and my vstar 1100 is less cramped. But i dont have highway pegs yet. And its still the stock uber plush sofa seat though. But i'd like a back rest.

This shifter setup works for the size 16's pretty well. Same setup with different pegs on the Ultra.

Took her cruising Monday.

Tall Boys Cycles make floorboard extensions that move the floorboards forward and down. They make a huge difference!
