Over here stock mufflers are common & cheap
The Police seats can be found readily , the brackets less so and the plastic tray ( unbroken) is rather rare
Remember that there are variations by model year for the seat set up
( Cop seat requires a healthy inseam measurement )
that's an interesting observation about saddle height. My shovelhead Electra Glide had the white pogo buddy seat but I usually fitted a cop saddle for most things because it was lower than the buddy seat
Unfortunately second hand silencers aren't arent common over here, I don't know what people do with them ... hang them in the garage and refit them for mot, probably
The seat from your pic appears to be one from a Road King (sans the passenger part). Stock seat would look like this...
It's big (too big for some) but definitely cushy and compfy (right up my alley at age 75).
Not much of a tour-pac person so I opted for this (HD accessory I found on the flea). Allows me to add some luggage (if needed) and also have the wife on board.
You defintitely scored a nice low milage EVO. I thought mine was low with just under 16K, but you smashed that by 10K.
Thinking that "swing arm seals" refers to the cleveblocs (swing arm bushings). Not a so-easy task and definitley time consuming. I replaced mine along with the front motor mount.
