Rework the check ball in the oil pump. It prevents the oil bag from running back into engine.
Most are successful in taking a small brass rod and after cleaning port, tapping ball with rod with a hammer . Be gentle. You may need to get a new ball. Hot melt stick the old one and lap seat with fine clover.
I would remove pump yo do that and clean it.
If you use just s tad of clover, you can probably clean it on bike.

If you check the oil before you start it it probably shows low as it leaked down into the crankcase. Odds are if you fill the oil to full mark before ride it will be over-filled at the end of your ride.
As has already been stated, check ball is leaking.,
Thanks a bunch for the diagrams and help. I will do the check ball first off
When you remove that plug, oil in the tank will gravity feed thru the gears and up thru that opening so drain the oil first, else you'll have a major mess.
